THE WYOMISSING FOUNDATION RESPONDS TO THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC

April 14, 2020

Due to the continuing Coronavirus Pandemic, The Wyomissing Foundation office remains closed until Governor Wolfe allows non-essential businesses to reopen.  In the meantime, our staff continues working remotely and can be reached via their emails or cell phones listed below.

In order to better help our community respond to the immediate impact of the virus on vulnerable individuals and overwhelmed and under resourced nonprofit organizations, The Wyomissing Foundation has made a $100,000 contribution to the United Way COVID-19 Response Fund.

In addition, we have temporarily suspended our normal discretionary grant making schedule while we continue to monitor the impact of the pandemic on our local community and determine how The Wyomissing Foundation should best respond through its future grant making.

Therefore, please disregard the Board meeting schedule and grant making timeline as previously established and posted on the website.  We will continue to update the website and communicate any revised grant making guidelines, criteria and schedule as soon as they’re determined.  In the meantime, if you have any questions, we strongly encourage you to contact us:
